Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We use the following shipping methods and services:
- DHL
- DHL Europlus
- Post NL
- FedEx
- FedEx Express

Please note that we need up to 3 working days for packaging an item. Packages are shipped twice a week, usually on Tuesday or Thursday. All bicycles are packaged in robust paperbord containers. Please note that delivery time depends on custom duties. You will be able to track your purchase online and will receive the tracking information via email.

We package our products with the highest care and it is actually quite rare for items to be damaged or destroyed during shipment, however it does occasionally happen. If your package arrives with visible damage on the box; Notify the Delivery Person, take photos and make notes of the damage and carefully unpack and unwrap the items. If damage has also occurred to your product please inform us.
TRANSPORT DAMAGES
Bicicletta Vintage is not liable for any kind of transport damages. May occur any damages during the transport these shall be addressed to the delivery company.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Bicicletta Vintage is entitled to deliver the goods forming the subject of the contract after the expiry of the fourteen days cooling-off period described in section “Right of cancellation and return for long distance sales contracts”. All prices shown and given are in Euros and include VAT. The prices of new products include 21% VAT. The prices of used or for called "NOS" (new old stock) products are regulated by differential taxation. Goods are delivered by Bicicletta Vintage upon payment only.
RIGHT OF RETURN
The party to the contract has the right to revoke and return the goods within a period of fourteen days from the date of delivery. No reason shall be given for the return. Dispatch of the goods within the mentioned period is sufficient for the purpose of return. The party to the contract shall contact Bicicletta Vintage and return the goods at their own cost.

May any deterioration have occurred to the goods, the party to the contract shall pay compensation for the diminished value, such as in case that goods cannot be longer sold as "new" or are damaged.
